West Parc at Bethany Village seeks a motivated and professional Leasing Agent for our attractive and modern apartment community. The right candidate will be personable, organized, detail oriented, and be driven to provide the best possible service to our residents and prospective clients.

Schedule - Tuesday - Saturday 

One year apartment leasing and Yardi experience required.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES

• Perform lease-up duties as required
• Lead tours of our properties
• Collect rent and send necessary notifications to residents
• Assist residents with needs and concerns
• Carry out clerical work such as data entry, assembling marketing materials, and organizing mailings

Other Job Duties:

• Administer necessary data entry and reporting through Yardi software
• Professional in appearance and demeanor
• Practice high level of organization and attention to detail
• Display excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Provide outstanding customer service
• Continuously maintain complete confidentiality of resident information

Qualifications:

High school diploma or general education degree (GED); and minimum of 2 year's experience and/or training in lease-up, or an equivalent combination of experience and training preferred. Yardi experience required, especially Voyager and CRM.

Pay - $16.50 - $16.75 per hour + $50 - $100 per new/renewed lease.
