Epic ClinDoc/Orders Analyst, Remote - 4-Month Contract - 19133

About the Opportunity

Our reputable Healthcare client is seeking an experienced Epic ClinDoc or Orders Analyst with a RN Background to join their team on a full-time basis (some flexibility in schedule). Reporting into the clinical transformation and implementation leadership team, the successful candidate will play a key role in supporting clinical workflow validation and optimization activities within a large-scale healthcare transformation initiative. This position requires someone who can effectively bridge clinical practice requirements with Epic workflow design and configuration, ensuring solutions align with operational realities and professional practice standards.

Duties include but are not limited to:

• Collaborate with clinical stakeholders to validate and optimize Epic clinical workflows and future-state processes 
• Assess workflow alignment with clinical practice standards, operational requirements, and models of care 
• Identify workflow gaps, risks, and improvement opportunities and communicate recommendations to project and application teams 
• Participate in workflow design sessions, validation activities, testing preparation, and readiness planning 
• Support documentation of workflow decisions, business requirements, and clinical recommendations 
• Work closely with Epic application teams to ensure workflows support safe, effective, and efficient patient care delivery 
• Assist in resolving workflow issues identified through validation sessions and stakeholder feedback 

About You

The successful candidate will have the following:

• Registered Nurse (RN) designation or equivalent clinical background strongly preferred 
• Minimum 5+ years of experience working with clinical information systems in a healthcare environment 
• Proven experience as an Epic ClinDoc Analyst, Epic Orders Analyst, Clinical Systems Analyst, or similar role 
• Holds an active Epic ClinDoc and/or Orders certification
• Strong understanding of inpatient clinical workflows, nursing practice standards, and clinical documentation processes 
• Experience supporting workflow validation, workflow optimization, and future-state design initiatives 
• Ability to work effectively with both clinical stakeholders and technical application teams 
• Strong facilitation, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills 
• Demonstrated ability to analyze complex workflow challenges and develop practical recommendations 

About the Job

• Remote engagement with some meetings during core business hours (EST).
• Full-time availability is strongly preferred, however there is flexibility in the schedule provided someone has EST availability. 
• Start asap, 100% remote
• $65.00 to $75.00/hr+ depending on experience
