Logistics Manager

JOB TYPE: Full-time

LOCATION: Southern Cross, Western Australia

Rock Steady Mining is seeking a motivated Logistics Manager to lead and optimise logistics, warehouse, and supply chain operations across mining and construction Projects in Southern Cross.

MAIN DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Manage end-to-end logistics operations including inbound/outbound coordination, warehousing, inventory control, and transportation planning.

· Oversee logistics for construction materials, plant equipment, consumables, and site-specific requirements.

· Develop logistics strategies that prioritise efficiency, cost control and safety compliance.

· Build and maintain effective working relationships with suppliers, freight partners, and internal stakeholders.

· Troubleshoot logistics challenges, delivery discrepancies and timeline risks.

· Monitor stock levels, delivery schedules, transport costs and warehouse performance metrics.

· Lead logistics reporting, KPI monitoring and continuous improvements.

· Contribute to systems implementation, including updates to Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).

· Ensure compliance with company policies, safety requirements, and industry standards.

SKILLS & Qualifications

·At least 5 -10 years of logistics/warehousing experience, with a focus on logistics.

·Proven ability to work under pressure.

·Proficient in English

·Solid Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook

·Excellent analytical, problem solving and organisational skills

·Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
