We are currently seeking a qualified and experienced Full-Time Motor Mechanic to join our dedicated team. This is a great opportunity to work in a supportive environment with opportunities for growth and development.

Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Service vehicles according to manufacturer’s guidelines and manuals.
2. Perform scheduled maintenance services, including oil changes, lubrication, and engine tuning, in line with manufacturer specifications.
3. Test and repair electrical systems, including lighting, instrumentation, ignition, and electronic fuel injection.
4. Follow occupational health and safety procedures.
5. Diagnose, repair, and overhaul engines, transmissions, components, and fuel systems for a variety of vehicles.
6. Repair exhaust, brakes, electrical suspension, and fuel ignition components.
7. Conduct tune-ups, brake jobs, and other preventative maintenance tasks.
8. Reassemble, test, clean, and adjust repaired or replaced parts and assemblies.
9. Maintain tools, equipment, and machinery in optimal condition.
10. Ensure workshop cleanliness and work in compliance with safety protocols.

Qualifications:

At least hold a Certificate IV in Automotive Technology and minimum 3 years of work experience.

Proven experience as a mechanic, preferably workshop environment.

Strong diagnostic skills and familiarity with automotive repair software and tools.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused approach.

Valid Australian driver’s license.
