We’re partnering with a private-equity-backed global ConTech SaaS vendor that’s quietly become a category leader in their space.

With established operations across Australia, the UK, and expanding international reach, the company sits at the intersection of construction technology, professional services software, and modern SaaS delivery.

The product is deeply embedded, high-retention, and mission-critical. The next chapter is about scaling revenue execution globally.

The Opportunity

This is a rare opportunity to step into a true revenue leadership role within a global ConTech vendor at a pivotal growth stage.

What’s needed now is a hands-on Head of Sales who can elevate standards, sharpen execution, and bring renewed energy and discipline to a talented but under-leveraged sales team.

Working Model: Hybrid (2 days per week)

You’ll work closely with an experienced CRO and a US-based CEO, with direct influence over go-to-market execution, sales performance, and regional growth strategy.

What You’ll Be Accountable For

  1. Owning ARR growth across ANZ and the UK for a global ConTech SaaS platform.
  2. Bringing structure, rigor, and consistency to pipeline management, forecasting, and deal execution.
  3. Coaching, developing, and inspiring Account Executives to exceed targets — not just meet them.
  4. Leading from the front on strategic opportunities, deal reviews, and complex negotiations.
  5. Partnering with Marketing and Product to refine ICP targeting, messaging, and conversion.
  6. Building a performance-driven sales culture aligned to global growth ambitions.

Who This Role Is Built For
