Our client the trustee for R ANGELE FAMILY TRUST t/a ITAL Foodgroup Pty Ltd a wholly Australian owned and operated company and is one of the leading manufacturers and suppliers of specialty biscuits and cakes to retail, wholesale and export markets. Ital Biscuits and Cakes' manufacturing capacity extends well beyond producing for their own labels – with capabilities to manufacture for any large or small organisation under their own private label.
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree with minimum of 3-5 years’ relevant experience
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
- Supervise bookkeeper for accounts receivable functions including raising invoices and billing clients, following up on debt collection and allocating payments.
- Supervise bookkeeper for accounts payable functions including matching and entering suppliers’ invoices, making payments on a timely basis.
- Assist bookkeeper for reconciliations of general ledger account, loan account, bank and credit card.
- Preparing and analysing financial statements like cash flow statement, balance sheet and profit and loss statement
- Provide advice to clients on tax planning & business management strategies
- Preparation of financials and tax returns for small to medium sized businesses, inclusive of company, partnership, trust structures, and SMSFs
- Provide assurance about the accuracy of information contained in financial reports
- Provide financial and taxation advice on business structures, plans and operations
- Build and manage internal and external stakeholder relationships.
- Analysing data to figure out a company's financial health.
- Supervising payroll officer, bookkeeper and accounting team for payroll and super calculations and payments.
- Expertise is MYOB system and Excel and proficiently use them to organize data.
- Creating strategies for business and examining the proficiency of the system software programs.
- Undertaking internal audits to maintain compliance and collaborating with colleagues.
