This position plays a vital role in implementing innovative marketing strategies and enhancing our brand presence.
Responsibilities:
- Identify sales targets and communicate with managers to formulate advertising placement strategies and marketing campaigns.
- Gather and analyze information on customer needs, preferences, demographics, and buying habits to identify potential markets for sales.
- Liaise with creative teams to develop branding ideas, graphic designs, promotional materials, and advertising copies.
- Discover effective marketing and promotional channels, including media platforms, to relay product messages to customers.
- Provide advice on pricing, service packages, sales promotions, and other marketing elements.
- Assist the Manager in developing pricing strategies to maximize profits and market share while balancing service quality and customer satisfaction.
- Create innovative online and offline marketing campaigns based on robust data and present recommendations to management.
- Produce reports and presentations on sales findings, interpreting complex findings into easy-to-understand insights.
- Keep track of advertising conversion rates and adjust marketing plans to support marketing objectives and business development.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Business, Advertising, or a related field.
- A minimum of 1 year of experience as a Marketing Specialist.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Creative Suite, and CRM/CMS software.
- Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and analytics software.
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
