Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Hotel/Motel Manager to lead our team and oversee the daily operations of The Boulder Opal. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring high standards of guest service and efficient management of the motel.

Key Responsibilities:

Direct and oversee reservation, reception, room service, and housekeeping activities Supervise security arrangements, garden, and property maintenance Plan and supervise bar, restaurant, function, and conference activities Ensure compliance with liquor licensing laws and other relevant regulations Assess and review customer satisfaction Oversee accounting and purchasing activities

Ensure adherence to occupational health and safety regulations Provide guests with local tourism information and arrange tours and transportation as needed

Qualifications and Skills:

Proven experience as a hotel/motel manager or in a similar role Strong leadership and organizational skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Proficiency in hotel management software and Microsoft Office Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
