We are responsible for the property management of a residential/commercial building in Sydney looking for a full-time Property Management Receptionist/Assistant in a relaxed working environment.
Location: Sydney CBD, residential/commercial building
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM (Full-time)
Start Date: Urgently required for January 2024
Roles & Responsibilities
- Real estate operations
- Process rent, manage email communications, organise property inspections and provide reports to owners
- Building facilities management
- Help coordinate minor maintenance tasks (e.g. scheduling repairs with technicians/plumbers etc.), assist existing manager with simple two-person tasks (e.g. unloading supplies, equipment installation)
- Front desk concierge (reception) for tenants, owners, and guests to manage communications (e.g. distribute building notices)
Requirements:
- Property Management Certification IV preferred but not required
- Experience in property management or similar roles is preferred but training will be provided
- Proficient command of English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
- Proficiency in using Excel is preferred
Qualifications:
- Training in property management software will be provided.
- Opportunity to obtain Cert IV in Property Management
