Property Management Concierge/Assistant


We are responsible for the property management of a residential/commercial building in Sydney looking for a full-time Property Management Receptionist/Assistant in a relaxed working environment.


Location: Sydney CBD, residential/commercial building

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM (Full-time) 

Start Date: Urgently required for January 2024


 Roles & Responsibilities

  • Real estate operations 
  • Process rent, manage email communications, organise property inspections and provide reports to owners  
  •  Building facilities management 
  • Help coordinate minor maintenance tasks (e.g. scheduling repairs with technicians/plumbers etc.), assist existing manager with simple two-person tasks (e.g. unloading supplies, equipment installation)
  • Front desk concierge (reception) for tenants, owners, and guests to manage communications (e.g. distribute building notices) 


 Requirements: 

  • Property Management Certification IV preferred but not required
  • Experience in property management or similar roles is preferred but training will be provided
  • Proficient command of English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
  • Proficiency in using Excel is preferred


 Qualifications: 

  •  Training in property management software will be provided.
  •  Opportunity to obtain Cert IV in Property Management


 Remuneration: Competitive salary package plus superannuation.
