Location: Regional Geelong Working Hours: 38 hours per week Salary: $75000 to $80,000 - per annum plus superannuation

Responsibilities:
As a Full-Time Restaurant manager at Go Genie Trading Pty Ltd Restaurant, your responsibilities will include:

• Lead, train, and motivate our front-of-house and back-of-house teams to ensure smooth operations and exceptional service.

• Ensure that our guests have an outstanding dining experience by addressing their needs and concerns promptly.

• Maintain high standards for food quality, presentation, and service.

• Oversee inventory, ordering, and supply management to ensure efficient and cost-

  effective operations.

• Create and manage staff schedules to optimize staffing levels and labour costs.

• Monitor financial performance, analyse costs, and implement strategies to meet budget

  targets.

• Ensure the restaurant adheres to all health and safety regulations, food safety standards,

  and licensing requirements. Requirements:

• Proven over 3 years of work experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role in the hospitality industry.

• Strong leadership and communication skills.

• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.

• Ability to work well under pressure and handle high-stress situations.

• Knowledge of restaurant software and POS systems.

• A passion for food and a dedication to delivering outstanding customer service.
