Our client outside of Philadelphia in Wayne, PA is looking for a Web Administrator to help build and maintain site experience that is up-to-date, compliant, and meeting the needs of prospects, clients, and the business. You will be responsible for managing and executing on incoming requests for web updates from the business owners, assuring the website is compliant and up-to-date with current web trends, assisting in data and SEO reviews and reporting, assuring consistency across pages and adherence to the organization’s brand, rules, goals and priorities.
This is a year long contract with potential for an ongoing extension.
Website Administrator Responsibilities:
- Coordination of incoming web tickets and compliance submissions
- Organize weekly website data review meetings, summarizing an actionable list of items to optimize or test
- Work with data and SEO analysts to build, maintain, and monitor reporting dashboards
- Work with the legal compliance team to conduct compliance audits, leading efforts to address upcoming expirations or expired items
- Assist with coordination of page builds, including but not limited to content design, development and production through AEM (Adobe Experience Manager)
- Assist in testing and QA
- Ensure that all content and media assets hosted on the site are tagged and indexed appropriately
- Assist with the development and rollout of a content and page tagging strategy for a new tag management platform
- Support as needed across various digital property management efforts as needed, including but not limited to content consolidation and migration, SEO strategy and optimization, digital asset management, redesign and page builds, test and learn experimentation
- Draft and share communications regarding website enhancements to internal Crew
Website Administrator Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in computer science preferred or certification in web development
- 2+ years experience in web design, development and content creation
- Experience with analytics platforms like Adobe or Google Analytics
- Experience with AEM, Launch, Audience Manger, Target is a plus
- Experience with Powerpoint presentations, Excel, Mural, Trello and Airtable are a plus
- Understanding of financial industry product content: funds, ETFs, IRAs, 401ks, robo-advisors, current trends and current events in the industry
- Knowledge of SEO & UX best practices, web standards and accessibility guidelines
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Ability to build strong, working relationships across teams
