Compensation: $62000.00 to $78000.00 yearly

Robert Half Direct is seeking a Network Administrator with a deep understanding of audio / visual and network wiring to provide advanced technical support for clients. This position will be participate in user education and upgrading equipment across different client locations. If you are a natural problem solver with a strong sense of ownership, you may excel in this full-time role.

Responsibilities:

• Assume ownership of all helpdesk support functions
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting including hardware/software, network, audio/visual, telecom, and home automation
• Provide support of voice, security, low voltage, vehicle, fiber optic, automation, and computer data services
• Test new technology and help to support current and legacy systems
• Regularly communicate with internal and external audiences at various levels to provide or verify information, address issues, or resolve problems or complaints
• Support the planning and implementation of projects
• Support to internal staff, including personalized training of technology systems and applications
• Follow schedules, maintain consistency of activities, and make recommendations to improve system/business processes
• Install and maintain networked systems and proper set-up, maintenance and upgrades of operating system and application software
• Help with the set up and support for special events, including A/V and multimedia requirements
• Provide technical support for employee on-boarding and off-boarding

Job Requirements:
• 2+ years’ of relevant experience • Prior related experience with audio visual systems • College degree preferred • Knowledgeable with Audiovisual and network wiring and infrastructure • Ability to organize and manage multiple tasks • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills • Maintain familiarity with latest technology • Proficient with Microsoft operating systems and telecommunications • Ability to work in a fast paced work environment • Ability to maintain a high level of strict confidentiality and professionalism • Private estate/hotel/ hospitality experience is a plus • Schedule/on-call flexibility, occasional weekend work and some travel required
