Role SummaryOperative responsibility in problem management (incident management, problem management) within the production environment. This individual is the key technical delivery specialist and first line of defense in supporting/maintaining the Factory Information Systems and second tier manufacturing applications. He / She will play a lead role in business application (system) support, to assure that key business process metrics are addressed. This individual specializes in a subset of core business processes and is responsible for understanding and executing the technology solutions that are used to support the production processes. This individual works directly with technology users (and Business Process Owners) to identify where processes can be improved and how the technology solutions supporting these processes can facilitate that improvement. He / She is responsible coordinating/escalating incidents during critical priority one events and engaging resources locally and abroad to quickly return the factory to full operations. He / She is responsible for advanced troubleshooting and investigating to maintain stable systems operations for manufacturing.
