You would need:

• HVAC Engineering Qualifications
• A minimum of 2 years’ experience working with Revit and Navisworks
• Experience in HVAC Shop Detailing
• Current Australian residency

The Challenge:

You would need to manage ongoing contract work producing 3D building services models (Mechanical, Electrical, Fire and Plumbing).

• Proficiency in Revit and Navisworks – essential.
• Ability to follow workflows as part of a team.
• Be flexible enough to solve problems autonomously using initiative and attention to detail
• Adept at self-motivating and problem-solving coordination issues.
• Capable of meeting deadlines and relaying information to contractors and employees with a positive and proactive can-do attitude.
• Producing comprehensive Mechanical drawings utilizing software like AutoCAD and Autodesk Revit.
• Working closely with engineers and team members to ensure all project elements are thoroughly considered and executed to the highest quality.
• Generating graphical representations, compiling data tables, and conducting complex calculations.
• Creating 3D models, gathering critical site data, and confirming that drawings accurately reflect real-world conditions.
• Maintaining precise updates on schedules, material quantities, and cost estimates.
• Reviewing design adjustments to ensure compliance with specifications.
• Engaging in virtual meetings and coordinating with various trades involved in the project.
• Supporting research and testing efforts on the BIM360 platform, including exploring plugins and new software solutions.
