Job Summary:
Ausglobal Construction Pty Ltd is a leading construction company based in Perth, specializing in commercial and residential projects. We are seeking an experienced Contract Administrator to join our team and support project delivery through effective contract management and cost control.
Responsibilities:
Prepare, review, and administer contracts to ensure compliance with legal and project requirements.
Assist in the procurement process, including contract negotiations, tenders, and supplier agreements.
Monitor contract performance, track project progress, and manage variations, extensions, and claims.
Conduct cost analysis and financial reporting, ensuring accurate forecasting and budget control.
Liaise with project managers, subcontractors, and stakeholders to ensure smooth contract execution.
Maintain contract records and documentation, ensuring adherence to company policies and industry regulations.
Assist in dispute resolution and risk management strategies to minimize contract-related issues.
Support the preparation of progress claims and payment certifications.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in contract administration, preferably in the construction industry.
Strong understanding of contract law, procurement, and construction processes.
Proficiency in contract management software and MS Office applications.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
