As an Automotive Technician at David Ekberg Pty Ltd, you will be instrumental in diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a diverse range of Rolls-Royce and Bentley vehicles, as well as other classic and modern cars. Qualifications and Experience Requirements:

• Certificate III in Automotive Mechanical Technology or equivalent.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience as an Automotive Technician, preferably with luxury or classic vehicles.
• Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and software specific to Rolls-Royce and Bentley models.
• Strong understanding of safety and compliance standards within the automotive industry.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and identify faults in engines, transmissions, and other vehicle components.
• Perform scheduled maintenance services, including oil changes, engine tune-ups, and system lubrications.
• Dismantle and inspect engine assemblies, steering mechanisms, and transmissions to detect issues.
• Repair or replace worn and defective parts, referencing service manuals as necessary.
• Reassemble mechanical components and engines post-repair, ensuring proper functionality.

·      Test and adjust vehicle systems and components to ensure optimal performance.

• Utilize advanced diagnostic equipment and software to troubleshoot complex mechanical problems.
• Ensure all vehicles comply with relevant pollution control and safety regulations.
• Maintain accurate service records and documentation for each vehicle serviced.
• Provide technical advice and support to customers regarding vehicle maintenance and care.
• Stay informed about industry trends and advancements in automotive technology.
• Collaborate with team members to address and resolve complex mechanical issues.
