Job Description:
Pay Range: $60hr - $65hr
Responsibilities:
Custom Development:
  • Design, develop, and implement custom solutions within Salesforce Health Cloud, including creating custom objects, fields, Lightning components, and Apex triggers.
Configuration:
  • Configure and optimize Salesforce Health Cloud to align with the specific requirements of the pharmaceutical industry, including data model customization, workflow automation, and security settings.
Integration:
  • Develop and maintain integrations between Salesforce Health Cloud and other systems, such as laboratory information systems (LIS), electronic health records (EHR), and supply chain management platforms.
Data Management:
  • Implement data migration and management strategies to ensure data accuracy, quality, and compliance with industry regulations, including adherence to HIPAA.
Collaboration:
  • Collaborate with pharmaceutical clients to understand their unique needs and challenges, offering technical solutions to improve patient engagement and operational efficiency.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I or Salesforce Certified Platform Developer II certification (preferred).
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Salesforce Health Cloud Developer.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce Health Cloud, including data model customization, Lightning development, and configuration.
  • Experience with healthcare and pharmaceutical systems, including familiarity with electronic health records and pharmaceutical operations.
  • Strong knowledge of integration tools and strategies, such as RESTSOAP APIs and middleware.
  • Solid data migration, data modeling, and database management skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities, with the ability to work closely with pharmaceutical clients and technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • A commitment to improving patient outcomes and pharmaceutical operations through innovative technology.
