Position Overview
We are looking for a hands-on Restaurant Manager who will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, maintaining high food quality standards, and leading our service team to deliver exceptional dining experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure smooth service delivery
- Manage, train, and develop a team of staff members
- Monitor food quality, presentation, and service standards
- Handle inventory management, stock ordering, and cost control
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain cleanliness standards
- Resolve customer concerns and maintain positive guest relations
- Manage staff scheduling and payroll administration
- Implement marketing initiatives and promotional activities
- Monitor and analyze sales data, prepare reports, and achieve revenue targets
- Maintain equipment and coordinate with maintenance services as needed
Required Qualifications
- 2 years of restaurant management experience
- Related qualification preferred
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication abilities in English (Mandarin language skills highly valued)
- Experience with POS systems and restaurant management software
- Strong financial acumen and budgeting skills
- Available to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings
