Sunny Trading Group is one of Australia's leading exporters of agriproducts to Asia. With extensive experience in sourcing, delivery, and logistics, the company has been facilitating trade between Australia and Asia since 2012. As our business continues to grow, we are seeking an experienced Sales and Marketing Manager to join our team and help drive our expansion.

Main duties will include:

• Lead the development and execution of sales strategies to meet company growth objectives
• Set and monitor sales targets, ensuring alignment with overall business goals
• Identify new business opportunities and market segments to drive expansion in Asian markets.
• Direct the creation and execution of comprehensive marketing campaigns to promote the company’s agriproducts
• Oversee digital, print, and social media marketing strategies to increase brand visibility and customer engagement.
• Develop and implement customer retention programs to enhance loyalty.
• Monitor sales performance and adjust strategies to ensure target achievement and business growth

What we’re looking for

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Agriculture, or a related field
• At least one year of experience in sales and marketing, with a focus on agriproducts or export industries
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Strong leadership abilities with a focus on team motivation and development
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software

Salary: AUD74,000
