Inspired by the vibrant and sun-kissed climate of Queensland, our rooftop restaurant offers an ever-evolving exotic menu, refreshing cocktails, a stunning vantage point and welcoming service to create a uniquely relaxed, yet refined dining experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring a high standard of service and quality.
- Lead and motivate a diverse team, providing training and development.
- Collaborate with Head Chef and Management team.
- Manage inventory, ordering, and supplier relationships to maintain optimal stock levels.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase customer engagement and boost sales.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a clean, welcoming environment.
- Handle customer enquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally.
- Prepare and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports.
Skills/Experience we're looking for:
- Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role in the hospitality industry.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of restaurant management software and point-of-sale systems.
- Strong financial acumen and experience with budgeting and inventory management.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
