· Intercompany Accountant
Crema Enterprises Pty Ltd, located at Len Waters Estate NSW have a vacancy for an Intercompany Account.
The position will serve to perform all in-house accounting services for the company and several of its related entities. The role is flexible and allows WFH.
This is a full-time role. To be considered for this role you must have:
· Bachelor’s degree or higher qualification preferably in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
· Or at least five years of Accountant experience to substitute the formal qualification
· A total of at least two years of experience working as a full-time accountant in Australia with a minimum of 6 months experience as an Intercompany Accountant.
· You must be Australian Citizen/ Permanent Resident or have proper working rights in Australia
Other Requirements:
· Proficient with accounting software XERO or MYOB

Your main duties include:
· Understand and maintain the financial relationship between the company and its related entities;
· Support transfer pricing arrangements, intercompany loan agreements, and reimbursement agreements.
· Responsible for intercompany invoicing and settlement process in compliance with accounting policies
· Assist with all month-end accounting and reporting tasks, including preparation of journal entries, account reconciliations
· Posts Intercompany journal entries on both sides for cross-company enabled locations and to one location if not cross-company enabled
· Monitors pending Intercompany requests (either Sending or Receiving) and provides status updates to parties who will need to action such requests
· Prepares accruals for recurring transactions
· Performs preliminary and final Intercompany reconciliations for all locations
· Ensures timely expense recognition (on both sides) for year-end Intercompany related accruals
· Develop, document, implement and manage accounting processes, controls and systems to ensure appropriate level of internal control
· Assisting to prepare financial statements.
· Prepare all tax compliance for all Australian entities-corporate tax returns, GST returns, AS/IAS etc.
· Provide ad hoc tax advice and tax planning / structuring.
· Preparing taxation returns for the company and related entities.
· Monitoring budget and company’s income and expenditure and preparing the budgeting and forecasting reports.
· Assisting with implementing and maintain internal financial controls and procedures.
· Reviewing of the monthly management accounts which includes the Balance Sheet, Profit and Loss and Cash Flow statement for submission to the management.
· Perform Monthly Bank reports, other Reconciliations, and monthly reports to the management.
· Make internal audits and controls of the financials for all entities.
· Suggestion of cost-effective ways to the management.
· Providing financial information that depicts business performance and funding needs.
· Perform checking of time sheets and payroll processing of the employees and maintaining the annual leave records of the employees, ensuring that the Superannuation Guaranteed contribution is paid promptly every quarter.
· Preparation of ad-hoc financial reports and analysis of specific accounts in the General Ledger as and when requested.
· Maintain Company Accounts & Bookkeeping according to proper standards in addition to review and monitor company accounts on an ongoing basis to ensure accuracy.
· Examining operating costs and business’s income and expenditure.
· Introducing and maintaining accounting systems and providing advice on selection and application of computer-based accounting systems.
· Recommend and develop solutions to all financial problems.
