As we continue to grow, we are on the lookout for dynamic individuals who share our passion for excellence. We are now hiring an Accountant to join the team, this is full-time position. As an Accountant, you will have overall responsibility for managing and the reporting of financial information of our company. You will also be supporting the daily financial operations of the business.

Your Responsibilities:

• Prepare financial reports such as balance sheets and profit and loss statements
• Formulate budget/forecast reports such as sales forecast, cash flow budget, and capital expenditure budget
• Prepare and lodge quarterly Business Activity Statements to the Australian Taxation Office (ATO)
• Prepare and lodge monthly PAYG instalments / Single Touch Payroll system to ATO
• Conduct financial investigations within the company and undertake internal audit
• Review and investigate open sales report
• Review and analyse operating costs and provide recommendation/advice to management
• Review and analyse income and expenditure and provide recommendation/advice to management
• Prepare annual taxation plan for review by management
• Ensure accuracy of financial report information in compliance with statutory requirements
• Conduct review of internal information control system and provide recommendation for approval by management
• Communicate and liaise with banks regarding management of company’s funds
• Maintain accounting system

Required Skills & Experience

• At least 2 years of accounting or relevant experience
• Bachelor Degree or above in Professional Accounting
• Excellent communication, English proficiency a must
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Good interpersonal skills
• Familiarity with accounting software and Microsoft Office

Salary 

Annual salary range for this position is between 75,000 to $85,000 plus super. Actual renumeration to commensurate with skills and experience.
