Restaurant Manager

Ria Ayam Penyet at Victoria Park, Western Australia, is looking for a highly experienced restaurant manager to join our team. The expected start date of this position will be as soon as possible.

Responsibilities

• Effectively manage rostering, recruitment, and stock management.
• Drive financial success through budgeting, P&L management, and KPI achievements.
• Oversee compliance requirements to ensure smooth operations.
• Ensure all tasks for setting up, serving, and closing are all done correctly.
• Coordinating daily front and back of the restaurant operations.
• Discussing with chefs about new menus.
• Mentor and develop your team, helping them grow and reach their potential.
• Build strong connections within the community and create meaningful impacts beyond the restaurant.
• Interacting with guests to get feedback on product quality and service levels.

The Must-Have Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree with a major in Hospitality Management
• Proven leadership experience managing teams in hospitality with a minimum 3 years experience as a Restaurant Manager.
• A track record of building high-performing, engaged teams.
• Skilled in using restaurant management software, including POS systems.
• Strong skills in budget management, driving sales and achieving targets.
• A genuine passion for hospitality and a commitment to creating exceptional customer experiences.

Expected Salary:

The successful candidate will receive a gross annual salary between AUD75,000 to AUD85,000 depending on the skills and experience.
