As a Recruitment Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in sourcing and placing talented professionals at all levels within our clients.

Responsibilities:

Candidate Sourcing and Placement:

  • Source and place candidates for Tax Accounting, Admin, and Financial Planner positions through proactive outreach and leveraging platforms like LinkedIn, SEEK, Indeed, and other sources.
  • Conduct initial screenings and thorough interviews with potential candidates.
  • Candidate and Client Management:
  • Schedule candidates for further assessments/interviews with our clients.
  • Facilitate candidate and client debriefing sessions to gather feedback and ensure alignment.

Administrative Tasks:

  • Ensure data accuracy and consistency within the CRM platform.
  • Prepare employment contracts, conduct character reference checks, and manage candidate onboarding processes including sending onboarding emails.

Pipeline Management:

  • Manage and track candidate and client pipeline stages to ensure smooth progress through the recruitment process.
  • Database Management and Relationship Building:
  • Maintain and expand the applicant and client database.
  • Build and nurture relationships with candidates and clients to understand their needs and preferences effectively.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Recruitment Consultant or similar role, ideally within the Accounting or Financial Services sector.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes and sourcing techniques.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and various job boards for sourcing candidates.
  • Ability to work autonomously in a remote environment while meeting deadlines and achieving targets.
