Tech Tooling Pty Ltd is seeking a qualified & experienced Graduate Accountant to join the team, based in their Head Office in Epping, Victoria.
The key deliverables of this role include:
- preparing monthly and annual financial statements compared to budget for presentation to Management.
- assisting in preparing budgets and monitoring the same.
- conducting financial investigations, preparing reports, undertaking audits
- examining operating costs and income and expenditure by clients and contracts.
- conducting in house assurance about the accuracy of information contained in financial reports and their compliance with statutory requirements.
- providing financial and taxation advice on contracts that the business bids on and for ongoing projects.
- provide analytical and decision support for operations.
- work closely with the Contract Manager to ensure Contract costs are accurately recorded and controlled as per budget.
- Ensure company records are correct for compliance and advisory reporting purposes.
- maintaining and updating company accounting and internal control systems.
Role Requirements
Successful applicants will possess the following essential criteria:
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance
- 2+ years experience in a similar role within the Facility Management industry
- Proficiency with the Office Professional Suite of software
- Strong written and verbal skills, both linguistically and numerically
- Self-motivated, reliable, trustworthy with strong time management skills
- Solution focussed, diligence and problem solving skills
- Able to work well with the Leadership team
- Good Knowledge of MYOB Advanced will be a definite advantage.
Salary package $83,000 + Super
