Mackay Motor Inn is seeking dynamic individuals fluent in multiple languages to serve as Motel Managers. In this role, you will lead the daily operations of our establishment, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and efficient management of all departments.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage front desk operations, including reservations, check-ins, and check-outs, catering to diverse language preferences of guests.

Supervise housekeeping staff to maintain impeccable cleanliness standards.

Oversee maintenance tasks and ensure all facilities are in optimal condition.

Address guest inquiries, concerns, and requests promptly and professionally, utilizing your language skills to enhance communication.

Implement inventory management strategies and control expenses to maximize profitability.

Enforce safety and security protocols to uphold a secure environment for guests and staff.

Recruit, train, and manage a diverse team of staff members, fostering a positive and inclusive workplace culture.

Skills and Experience Required:

Prior experience in hotel or motel management roles, preferably in a multicultural environment.

Proficiency in multiple languages, with the ability to effectively communicate with guests from diverse backgrounds.

Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.

Strong leadership qualities and decision-making abilities.

Familiarity with computer systems and hotel management software.

Attention to detail and adeptness at multitasking.

Knowledge of local regulations and industry standards.

Flexibility to work varied hours, including weekends and holidays.
