Required Skills and Experience:

Working in the capacity of Cafe & Restaurant manager in an Asian cuisine restaurant, Malaysian Cuisine is preferred 

minimum of 2 years experience in hospitality and/or in a similar role

was directly involved in managing the customer experience

Should have experience in Australia for at least 2 years, NSW work experience is preferred

Handling complete restaurant management which includes staff, customers,

customer service, kitchen roster, menu management, schemes, marketing, &

promotional offers

Create side work assignments and ensure completion with the wait staff

Organize and conduct pre-shift and departmental meetings daily

Maintain all reservation systems and book to accommodate business demands

Maintain schedules, payroll and other administrative support to maintain food

and beverage cost controls and inventory.

Experience in staff management and with people of various ages, cultural

backgrounds, levels of education, and experiences.

Knowledge of business principles and a sound understanding of service

delivery and organisational profit.

Strong verbal and written communication.

Ability to work in a structured and independent manner, and multitask

Demonstrable experience in motivating and managing teams and individuals

should know about restaurant managing software, table booking software 

Annual Salary Range from AUD 70,000.00 to AUD 80,000.00
