The Role

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive analysis of our operational data, market trends, and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and growth.
• Collaborate with various departments to understand their needs and challenges, and provide data-driven solutions and recommendations.
• Develop and implement effective reporting systems and dashboards for monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes, providing financial and analytical support to the management team.
• Participate in strategic planning sessions and contribute to the development of business strategies.
• Lead and manage projects aimed at enhancing operational efficiency, customer experience, and profitability.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and developments to ensure our company remains competitive.

Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a business analyst or similar role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable insights.
• Proficient in data analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel, SQL, Tableau).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across different teams.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to identifying and addressing challenges.
• Knowledge of the hotel management industry and its key metrics is highly advantageous.
