As such, we are looking for an experienced Construction Project Manager to join our business. The successful applicant will need the demonstrate experience/proficiency in the following areas;

Responsibility includes;

•  Be able to provide estimating and scheduling using in-house software for potential new projects.
• Be able to produce accurate feasibility studies for potential new projects.
• Be able to provide a schematic design to understand design intent.
• Analysing drawings and specifications to ensure that construction projects meet design, safety, and budget specifications.
• Design coordination and management.
• Accomplish project goals by defining scope and purpose of the project, determining required resources, allocating resources, establishing protocols and standards, scheduling staff, resolving design problems, evaluating deadline estimates and adjusting as needed, and implementing change orders.
• Deliver your projects to the highest standard of client satisfaction and quality.
• Inspecting construction sites regularly to identify and eliminate potential safety hazards.
• Travel to, coordinate and supervise multiple sites during the course of a day.
• Educating site workers on construction safety regulations and accident protocol.
• Establish and maintain the site in accordance with relevant Occupational Health &Safety requirements.
• OH&S responsibilities as outlined in the OH&S Manual.
• Enforcing site safety rules to minimize work-related accidents and injuries.
•  Evaluating the performance of site construction employees and instituting disciplinary measures as needed.
• Recommending changes to construction operations or procedures to increase efficiency.

Essential Criteria

• Multilingual (Preferred) in either Vietnamese or Mandarin
• Formal Qualifications
• Strong commercial acumen, leadership and negotiation skills.
• Stakeholder and client engagement experience
•  Be able to commit to projects to achieve deadlines.
• Ability to work closely with design teams.
• Effectively communicate at all levels with Clients and Administration office staff.
• Comply with safe work practices to meet requirements under OH&S Legislation.
