AUSSIE EMPIRE PTY LTD T/A (INDIAN BAR & GRILL), located at Gold Cost, it’s in search of a talented and passionate Full-Time Restaurant manager to join our team. 

Position: Restaurant Manager

Job Type: Full-Time

Location: Regional Gold coast Working Hours: 38 hours per week

Salary: $71000 to $80000 - per annum plus superannuation

Responsibilities:

As a Full-Time Restaurant manager your responsibilities will include:

·       Lead, train, and motivate our front-of-house and back-of-house teams to ensure smooth operations and exceptional service.

·       Planning menus in consultation with chefs

·       Planning and organising special functions.

·       Maintaining records of stock levels and financial transactions

·       Ensure that our guests have an outstanding dining experience by addressing their needs and concerns promptly.

·       Maintain high standards for food quality, presentation, and service.

·       Oversee inventory, ordering, and supply management to ensure efficient and cost-effective operations.

·       Create and manage staff schedules to optimize staffing levels and labour costs.

·       Monitor financial performance, analyse costs, and implement strategies to meet budget targets.

·       Ensure the restaurant adheres to all health and safety regulations, food safety standards, and licensing requirements.

Requirements:

·       Proven over 3 years of work experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role in the hospitality industry.

·       Strong leadership and communication skills.

·       Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.

·       Ability to work well under pressure and handle high-stress situations.

·       Knowledge of restaurant software and POS systems.

·       A passion for food and a dedication to delivering outstanding customer service.
